1. Product Classifications All diecast models sold on this website are collector’s items for ages 14+. They are ‘ NOT TOYS ’ are not intended for children, and may contain small parts posing a choking hazard.

2. Liability By Purchasing you agree: Models are for display / collection only and NOT PLAY.
You are at least 14 years old (or purchasing for a collector aged 14+ . Diecast Auto‘s is NOT liable for any misuse, breakage, or injury caused by improper handling.

3. Returns & Refunds Unopened items in original packaging may be returned within 7 days from purchase date.
Opened items are NON REFUNDABLE due to collectible nature.
If your wanting to return the item as NOT REQUIRED you are responsible for the postage charges for the returns we DO NOT OFFER FREE RETURNS IN THIS CASE the item must be not have been opened in anyway or form.

A restocking fee of 25% of the value of the goods will be deducted from the amount paid.

If the item is classed as faulty, please contact us and inform us of a return before posting the item back to us, all faulty goods we will remburise the full amount of postage paid.

4. UK Sales Only We ship only to UK addresses to comply with regulations.
